Cinematic. Fantastical. Composed in correspondence.
Godwin writes records as standing-alone works — each album its own world, its own architecture. The first, The Disconnected Diaries, traces an arc of withdrawal and return. The second, Into the Kurajo, follows a figure into a city of organs and storm.
The covers are not illustrations of the music. They are the same work rendered in image instead of sound. A hooded figure, a gateway, a circle of thorns — these recur because the sequence does.
The work is best heard in order. Each release is a chapter, not a single.

Godwin
A first record. Cinematic in scope, written as a single arc rather than a collection of tracks. The cover image — a hooded figure before an arched gateway — sits as the visual seal of the work.
